There is one informal meeting every Tuesday night, at the Louvre. There, every Toreador can meet and discuss clan politics, etc., under the excuse of one of the numerous art expositions given in the Parisian Museum. A series of rooms under the museum – officially storage areas – is decorated and furnished in the most impeccable taste. This area is always considered Elysium. Any use of disciplines, except the polite use of a Mask for a Nosferatu, while in the Elysium is considered a peace violation.

As the Clan Toreador is the one having the power in France, they have too, the right to organize Camarilla reunion once per month, usually at the Louvre. The date chosen is usually the night between the last day of the Month, and the first day of the next month. This is the moment usually chosen by Kindred to present themselves to the Prince, present their Childer, or to make any public plea.

Francois has declared several other locations for Elysium for a night or for a shorter period. The Primogen usually meet in a new location each time. The paranoia of the Elders may be one of the reasons they survive…

The rooms under Louvre are many and intricately linked by walkways, hallways, stairs, passages and so on. The main area is called the Lounge and is a two-floor room. At the second level, a whispering gallery goes around the room, making it possible to listen to conversation in the lounge without being seen from below.
