All characters need to follow the standard character creation rules as per the second edition of Vampire the Masquerade. If you are not familiar with these rules, you need to familiarize yourself with them before joining the list actively. Until you have created a character and submitted it to the Storyteller for approval, you will not be able to post to the list.

Vampire characters should be created using VampGen (written by Jes Wulfsberg Nielsen) using the standard Camarilla setting. If you have ideas that go beyond this, please contact the Storyteller.

Mortal characters can be created using VampGen as well. Mortals follow standard rules from second editions of Hunter's Hunted and Vampire Players Guide.

Further notes to be considered

Herd: A member of your Herd is NOT a contact.
Contacts: Major contacts will take risks for you. Minor contacts will not.
Allies: Allies can be other supernaturals.
Retainers: All ghouls are retainers. Must be authorized by the Prince.

Murder of mortals is dangerous to your Humanity – and to your stay in the city. You can be banished from Paris for less. When you lose Humanity, you also lose Conscience.

Hunting: Most of the time, you will hunt succesfully without having to think about it. But you might want to describe a hunt at some point to show your style of feeding.

Caitiff: Don’t choose it if you don’t REALLY want to play it. It is not encouraged by the Prince.

Derangements: Play them, but don’t overplay them.
